The Civil Guard of the Region of Murcia has developed the operation 'MACIL', which has been settled with the investigation of diligences as investigated to a minor, who is attributed the alleged responsibility for the crimes of theft and theft with force in real estate of the municipality of Mula.

Agents of the ROCA Team (against theft in the field) of the Benemérita, started the operation after knowing two criminal acts committed in the housing of an agricultural farm, located in the hamlet of La Puebla de Mula, and in the bar of the sports complex of Mule.

The first investigations allowed the agents to verify the commission of the facts and to verify that in the rural house several tools, a moped and a dog puppy, of the breeding stock, had been stolen, while in the facilities of the sports complex it had been violated access to the canteen, from where soft drinks, sweets and snack bags had been stolen.

This first information put the civil guards on the trail of a young man, a minor, who had recently been arrested for allegedly participating in several robberies with force committed in housing in the municipality of Mula.

In the course of the investigation, the Civil Guard located an uninhabited building, located in the municipality of Mula, where, supposedly, some of the stolen objects were stored.

Once their registration was authorized, the agents found a moped, which had been painted and renovated, several tools, as well as a puppy dog, of the breed, all from the rural house assaulted.

In a block attached to this building were located two backpacks full of sweets and soft drinks, which were identified as the stolen effects of the sports club canteen, all of which was intervened and returned to their rightful owners.

The evidence obtained during the investigation has culminated in the identification of a young man, a minor and a resident of Mula, who has been instructed to act as the alleged perpetrator of the crimes of robbery and robbery.

Modus operandi

According to the research, the now researched monitored their objectives to take advantage of the absence of their owners and act quickly and agilely.

Later, he moved to an abandoned house where, without the consent of his owners, he hid the "booty".

The minor, the proceedings ordered and the effects recovered have been made available to the Magistrate's Court of Mula and the Office of the Prosecutor for Minors of Murcia.

The investigation continues open, so new arrests are not ruled out.
