New citizen service office in relation to agreements, claims and aid COVID-19 (27/03/2020)

Due to the current health crisis, the different Public Administrations begin to assess and adopt measures in order to alleviate, at least financially, the situation created.

The Hon.

Mula City Council considers that among the measures under study and to be adopted would be those related to water and garbage, occupation of public roads, weekly market, coordination with the tax agency, municipal taxes, etc.

Understanding that another of the measures that the City Council can adopt is the establishment of a single channel with the citizen, so that there is an information office for attention and advice to the citizen, it has been arranged by the City Council, through the Department of Personnel , the creation of the citizen service office, indefinitely, and which will cover the following powers:

1.- Comprehensive advice to the citizen regarding the agreements adopted by the City Council regarding the current health crisis.

2.- Attention to citizen complaints due to the health crisis.

3.- Guidance to citizens regarding aid established by other Public Administrations.

The hours of the aforementioned office, located on the ground floor of the City Hall building, will be from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., although during the current state of alarm it will only be attended to electronically through the phone 663 378 178 (direct line ) or email enabled for these matters atencioncovid@aytomula.es
