Extract decree No. 11/2020, of March 18, declaring the site of Los Villaricos, in Mula, of cultural interest with the category of archaeological zone.
The site of Los Villaricos de Mula is declared of cultural interest, with an archaeological zone category, according to the description, delimitation, justification and protection criteria that appear in the annex and documentation and plans that appear in its file.
Against this Decree, which ends the administrative procedure, an appeal for reversal may be filed with the Government Council of the Autonomous Community of the Region of Murcia, within a period of one month from the following day to its notification or publication, in accordance with articles 123 and 124 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations or directly contentious-administrative appeal within two months, before the Chamber of The Contentious-Administrative Law of the Superior Court of Justice of Murcia, in accordance with the provisions of articles 10 and 46 of Law 29/1998, of July 13, regulating the Contentious-Administrative Jurisdiction.
