Prepared an Organization Plan for the Feast of the Saints (14/10/2020)

The councils of Municipal Services and Citizen Security have developed an Organization Plan for the All Saints Festival in the municipality of Mula.

Given the particularity of this year on the occasion of COVID19 and taking into account the recommendations and guidelines that the Ministry of Health have sent, an action plan will be carried out from the days before to after November 1 with the main objective that all citizens can celebrate these days without difficulty or problems.Among the most noteworthy aspects for the knowledge of citizens are:The municipal cemetery hours will be from 8 a.m.

to 7 p.m.Informative posters with the basic rules of both organization and sanitary hygiene will be placed at different points.There will be a reinforcement of maintenance and cleaning personnel on the days when the most influx of visitors is expected.Both the Local Police and Civil Protection have designed a plan that regulates access to the interior of the pedestrian cemetery, as well as road traffic in the parking lot and surroundings.In agreement with the parish priest of Santo Domingo, there will be no mass on November 1 in the cemetery square.Health recommendations addressed to the population for the celebration of All Saints' DayIf you are a person at risk or belong to a vulnerable group, avoid going on days and hours when it is foreseeable that there will be more influx of people.If you have symptoms compatible with COVID-19, do not go to the cemetery and postpone your visit until medical indication.Don't crowd the entrances and exits.

Maintain the minimum interpersonal safety distance of 2 meters at all times.Make use of the hydroalcoholic gel that you will find at the entrance and exit of the cemetery.Wear the mask at all times.Smoking and food consumption is prohibited.Deposit the waste in the bins that you will find distributed throughout the cemetery.If you need to go to the toilet, regardless of the hand washing inside, also make use of the hydroalcoholic gel that you will find at the entrance and exit.Avoid personal contact, such as kissing, hugging, and other displays of affection.In family pantheons, maintain interpersonal distance with other relatives with whom you do not live in the same address and avoid forming groups of more than 6 people.Avoid leaving containers with water to avoid the proliferation of the tiger mosquito and the diseases associated with its presence.

The use of wet sand is recommended.All these measures must be applied individually by those attending the cemetery since it is important to prevent while being able to commemorate this holiday in the safest way possible.
