The Autonomous Community and the Ministry of Development promote the rehabilitation and renovation of a total of 50 homes in the municipality of Mula, which will have a grant of 355,162 euros.
This was explained yesterday by the Director General of Planning, Architecture and Housing, Laura Sandoval, at a meeting with local residents in which she indicated that the total investment of the works will reach 775,000 euros.
These actions are part of the development of Rehabilitation and Urban Regeneration Areas (ARRU) in the Region of Murcia, within the Housing Plan 2017, which aims to revitalize the urban centers of the towns.
Laura Sandoval highlighted the "important subsidy" offered by the Community and the Ministry for the execution of the works.
