Participants will gain a professional qualification as a kitchen helper
18.11.11 Fourteen youth in the municipality, aged between 16 and 21 years, participating in the Kitchen Specialist Course offered by the Department of Education in collaboration with the Department of Culture and Youth.
Young people with these kinds acquire a professional qualification Level 1 as a kitchen, while they may continue their basic education.
The classes, which began last Wednesday, are held at the Youth Center and have theoretical support of general subjects, cooking classes, computer and educational and leisure activities.
Young people will also work experience in catering establishments in the municipality.
This course is framed within the Initial Vocational Training Program (PCPI) and its goal is to continue educating youth who have dropped out while in a material way they work.
