Over 200 people visited on Saturday the rehabilitation work of the Convent of San Francisco at the Second Open Day organized by the City of Mula.
From 10 am they began visits until after three in the afternoon, many Mülenen and people arrived from other cities such as Murcia, Cartagena, Molina de Segura and Caravaca, among others, attended the technical explanations that were describing municipal on the property and the current state of rehabilitation.
Dramatically called attention of visitors the courtyard of the cloister with its two wells, the recovery of original state of the convent, and the paintings that decorate the various rooms.
Another point highlighted in the visit was the discovery of two doors, one accessible to the hospital in San Pedro and other original entrance of the church before the expansion of the monastery in the eighteenth century.
Also informed the visitors of future use to be the Convent of San Francisco Museum and located where each of the different halls and rooms that have dependencies future.
