ARRUR: Special Rehabilitation Plan 2019-2021 (13/12/2019)

DO YOU KNOW WHAT IS ARRUR?

This is a Special Rehabilitation Plan, promoted and managed by the City of Mula, through which you can access grants for the rehabilitation of real estate located in the old town, listed properties (in rural surroundings) and in the districts of Mula .

The ARRUR will be developed from 2019 to 2021, through 3 calls, with 45 actions for the rehabilitation of real estate and 5 actions for the reconstruction of real estate, with a forecast of a total investment of 1,041,000 euros.

The subsidies included in the ARRUR will be to carry out maintenance and conservation actions, improvement of accessibility and improvement of the energy efficiency of existing homes or buildings, whose eligible amounts may be up to 17,400 euros per dwelling and in the case of reconstruction actions the amounts may be up to 36,000 euros per house.

On the other hand, it can also be carried out by the City of Mula itself redevelopment actions, such as consolidation, paving, gardening, infrastructure, facilities, water supply, sanitation, energy supply, lighting, collection, separation and waste management, accessibility improvement and environmental efficiency improvement.
