The City Council of Mula has begun the works for the creation of a public car park with capacity for 60 vehicles in Calle Postigos, in some municipally owned land that was unused.
The investment amounts to 40,000 euros.
The Mayor, Juan Jesús Moreno, has visited the works being carried out with members of his corporation and municipal technicians.
The first mayor of Muleño has stated that, with this parking lot, we respond to an old vindication of the neighbors of the area, in which there is a lot of transfer of vehicles, because in the vicinity there is a public school and a nursery.
In addition, it will also come in handy to the neighbors of the neighborhoods of Puntarrón and La Fuensanta, where there are few parking spaces due to the strong ramps and the narrowness of the streets of these neighborhoods of medieval origin.
