Three people have been arrested as alleged authors of the crimes of robbery with violence and intimidation and firearm injuries

The alleged person responsible for the marijuana plantation has been arrested and the person carrying out surveillance and protection of the property has been investigated, both as alleged perpetrators of drug trafficking offenses.

The Civil Guard of the Region of Murcia, within the framework of the operation 'VUELMIZ', has dismantled a criminal group based in Mula, allegedly dedicated to drug trafficking and involved in the robbery with violence of a marijuana plantation, occurred in a Mula's house, which resulted in the alleged vigilance of the illegal greenhouse injured by a firearm.

The operation has culminated in the arrest of three people as alleged authors of the crimes of robbery with violence and intimidation and firearm injuries, as well as the arrest of the alleged person responsible for the marijuana plantation and the investigation of the person who Performed the tasks of protection and surveillance of the property, both as alleged perpetrators of crime against public health, for cultivation and drug production.

The latter was injured by a firearm last December, when the three assailants accessed the house he was guarding to seize marijuana plants using the method known police as 'drug overturn'.

The investigation began in December of last year, when the Civil Guard was alerted to a brawl in the vicinity of a house located in the urban area of ​​Mula.

Patrol of Prevention of Citizen Security of the Benemérita came to the place and found out that a man, of African origin, had been injured by gunfire, so he had to be transferred to the Virgen de la Arrixaca University Hospital in Murcia.

Shortly after, the agents examined the property where the quarrel had originated and found that the house housed a greenhouse for intensive cultivation of marijuana plants, although, only the remains of these vegetables appeared after they had been cut.

From that moment on, civil guards specialized in Judicial Police began the investigation to obtain a response to the alleged wrongdoing and identify both the injured person and the assailants.

From the steps taken, it was found that the shot individual was a Nigerian citizen who, apparently, had been residing in the dwelling under investigation for several weeks, where he allegedly carried out surveillance tasks to prevent the concealment of hidden marijuana inside. discovered.

The Civil Guard identified the person who allegedly commissioned these custody and surveillance tasks, a neighbor of Alcantarilla, who once located was arrested as the alleged perpetrator of a crime against public health, for cultivation and drug production.

The investigation was progressing until knowing who was behind the supposed 'overturn' of drugs.

Three people who, according to the investigation, arrived at the home where the plantation was located, accessed hooded inside and after struggling with their resident, fled, presumably, with part of the marijuana, but not before firing at him.

Once all the evidence has been gathered, the Benemérita has completed the investigation with the location and detention of the latter suspects.

These are three men, Spaniards and neighbors of Mula, to whom the alleged authorship of the crimes of robbery with violence and intimidation and injuries with a firearm are attributed.

The operation 'VUELMIZ', developed since December last year by the Benemérita, has culminated in the clarification of the crimes of robbery with violence and intimidation, injuries with a firearm and against public health, for cultivation and drug production.

The Civil Guard has arrested the three members of a criminal group based in Mula, allegedly engaged in drug trafficking and involved in the robbery of a marijuana plantation in a house in Mula.

He has also arrested a fourth person as the alleged author of the crime of cultivation and drug production, as well as the investigation of a fifth involved, related to the surveillance and custody of marijuana plants at a home in Mula.

Those arrested, the effects seized and the proceedings taken have been made available to the Court of Instruction number 1 of Mule.
