The week began with donations from Estrella de Levante, a leading beer company in the regional and national sphere, which has donated two thousand liters of mineral water, and Frutas y Cítricos de Mula (FRUCIMU), which has purchased different staple foods for approximately 240 families in the Municipality of Mula.Juan Jesús Moreno, municipal councilor, has expressed his satisfaction for the donations made by these two important companies, and for all the samples and solidarity actions that the people of Mula have received, during this health, social and economic crisis derived from the COVID- 19.«This week we received congratulations and recognition from the heads of UNICEF in Murcia, due to the important work being carried out by the Municipal Food Program, with the distribution of basic food products, hygiene materials and of disinfection for the neediest and most disadvantaged families of the Municipality, which has been made possible by the endless list of collaborations that have been received, and for which we are enormously grateful.
Also, it has been recognized the great battery of activities and initiatives that have been organized, during this hard confinement, aimed at youth and children, thanks to the great work carried out by the Department of Youth and Children, "said the Muleño Mayor.
