The URBACT European Program has awarded a grant to the Mula City Council to plan, over the next two years, the urban, economic and social recovery of the historic neighborhoods of Mula such as La Fuensanta, El Pontarrón, El Carmen, Santo Domingo, Los Molinos and the Upper Zone.This is the second phase of the KAIRÓS project, which aims to identify action measures for the urban, economic and social recovery of the historic neighborhoods of Mula, based on the use of heritage and tourist resources existing in these neighborhoods.Mula leads as a main partner a network of European cities with which he shares the problem of the degradation of its historic neighborhoods.
They are Belene (Bulgaria), Cesena (Italy), Malbork (Poland), Roskilde (Denmark), Heraklion (Greece), Sibenik (Croatia) and Ukmergé (Lithuania).
The total amount to develop the Kairós project in all the cities that make up the network is 623,905.81 eurosThe project will last two years and the subsidy awarded to the network is € 623,905.81. function { ;(, , {});}
