| Donations from different companies and local sports groups continue to the Municipal Food Program of the Department of Social Policy of the Mula City Council | The Muleño Veterans Association has donated a significant amount of basic food and basic products, destined for the most vulnerable and disadvantaged sectors of the population.
From this Association, throughout this week, the City Council of Mula was contacted to find out what type of food was most in demand, so that they could make their purchase.On the other hand, AMC Group, a leading company in fruits and natural drinks with high added value, located in the town of Espinardo, has donated a good number of refrigerated juices to said Program.
This management has been possible thanks to the Sports Club "El Niño de Mula Futbol", since from this young group the necessary contacts have been made with said company for the implementation of this solidarity action with the town of Mula.Both gestures are of vital importance to continue increasing the supplies of basic and basic food, so necessary in certain households in the municipality of Mula, due to the health, social and economic crisis derived from Covid-19.Antonia Gabarrón Alenda, Councilor head of the areas of social policy, health, family and childhood, showed her appreciation for so many signs of solidarity with those sectors of the population that have suffered the most from the pandemic, since through these actions they are being able to carry out the necessary coverage of those foods and products necessary in the day to day of these families.
