From the Department of Commerce of the municipality of Mula it is reported that due to the global pandemic situation (COVID-19) it was decided to change the location of the weekly market, in order to achieve a greater separation between the different positions, and with a circuit One-way circulation, to avoid crowds and thus reduce the chances of contagion.
On May 25, 2020, a request is received at this town hall from the Collective of Street Vendors of the Mula Market, in which we are asked to consider the possibility of reducing the route so that the majority of vendors can monetize the workday, because in this way customers would go through all the positions.
Starting next Saturday, May 30, and responding to the request of this group, the route will be reduced from 600 to 300 meters.The stalls will move to occupy both sides of the road.
In this way, the route is shorter and so people can shop more quickly and comfortably and will have the possibility to visit all the stalls.
In addition, an access through the center will be enabled (at the height of the path of the steps so that pedestrians do not have to reach the last post).
