The Mula Tourism Office opens its doors again to the public (28/05/2020)

The Mula Tourism Office reopens its doors after adapting the Tourism service to hygienic-sanitary protocols, guaranteeing the safety of both visitors and office workers.The Tourist Office, located in the Convent of San Francisco, resumes in-person attention, Monday through Friday from 10 a.m.

to 2 p.m.

and from June 1, extending its hours also bylate.

Public service hours will be from Monday to Sunday from 10 a.m.

to 2 p.m.

and from Wednesday to Saturday from 4:30 p.m.

to 7:30 p.m.

Tuesday closed.Among the measures adopted is the installation of counter partitions, signage to mark the safety distance and a hygiene station, among others.

Alejandra Martínez, Councilor for Tourism, has reported that the Mula Tourism Office has followed the recommendations of the ICTE, the Spanish Tourist Quality Institute and the Office Network of the Region of Murcia, as well as the protocol carried out by the Prevention service of Labor Risks of the City Council itself.From now on, and as the hygienic-sanitary protocols mark, no brochures are dispensed at the Tourist Office, which have been digitized and can be downloaded from the Turismo de Mula website, mobile device or through the QR codes.The Department of Tourism has been working on the implementation and adaptation of these and other measures in the Tourism office for several weeks, to improve the service of the Office, which until now served electronically.
