The City Council of Mula makes available to the citizen an Information Point on rental aid COVID-19.
The service will be provided every Thursday from 9:00 a.m.
to 2:00 p.m.
and will be located in C / Pintor, s / n, the old consumer office with the Local Police.The days in which the Information Point service will be provided will be the following:June: 11, 18 and 25July: 2, 9, 16, 23 and 30September: 3The attention to the citizen will be carried out in different formats, in order to adapt it to the current situation, so there will be:Face-to-face attention: It will be held at the Information Point located at C / Pintor, s / n, the old consumer office together with the Local Police, on the days that the service is provided from 09:00 a.m.
to 12:00 p.m. In order to be attended in person it will be necessary to book an appointment.Access to the Information Point will be made with a mask and only one person per appointment will be attended, in the event that the minimum safety distance can be guaranteed, a maximum of two people can be attended.Telephone attention: You can request telephone attention through the appointment system or call the information telephone number 666 343 743 directly, on the days when the service is provided from 12:00 to 14:00.Online: In this same space enabled on the page of the City Council of Mula you can find all the information related to rental aid, announcement of aid, the appointment management system and tutorials for processing the application.What are they?These financial aids are intended to pay the rent for our habitual residence, they differ from the rest of the aid from the City Council of Mula and the Autonomous Community of the Region of Murcia in that they are specific to people and / or families economically affected by the state of alarm that we are suffering with the Covid-19 pandemic.
With which they are perfectly compatible.The amount of this aid will never be more than 500 euros per month, nor will it exceed six incomes, that is, six months.They can only be destined to the habitual residence of residence, provided that the requirements that we are going to expose in the following pages are met, and that we do not have another property in property that we can make use of, nor are we related to the owner of our rented house.Who can request them?As has been said, these aids are specific to people financially affected by the state of alarm, so they can only be eligible for them, the following profiles of workers and / or self-employed:a) People in unemployment situation.b) People who have suffered ac) Self-employed workers who have had their working hours reduced due to care or other similar circumstances that entail a substantial loss of income.All these changes must have been lived from March 1 onwards and you must have supporting documentation in order to be demonstrated.In addition, in any case, the set of income of the family unit of the month prior to the application has the following limits:1st) Income of less than 1,613.52 euros (3 times the IPREM).- The previous amount will be increased by 53,784 euros for each dependent child or person over 65 in the family unit.- The previous amount will be increased by 80,676 euros in the case of a child in charge of the single-parent family unit.2nd) Income of less than 2,151.36 euros (4 times the IPREM), in the event that any member of the family unit has a recognized disability of more than 33 percent.- The previous amount will be increased by 53,784 euros for each dependent child or person over 65 in the family unit.- The previous amount will be increased by 80,676 euros in the case of a child in charge of the single-parent family unit.3rd) Income of less than 2,689.2 euros (5 times the IPREM).
In the event that the person obliged to pay the rent is a person with cerebral palsy, mental illness or intellectual disability, with a recognized degree of disability equal to or greater than 33 percent, or a person with physical or sensory disability, with a degree of disability recognized equal to or greater than 65 percent, as well as in cases of serious illness that renders the person or their caregiver permanently, duly accredited, to carry out a work activity.Fundamental requirementsIn addition to belonging to the group of workers in section two, to qualify for these grants we must:- Have a rental agreement in force.– Estar al corriente de pago de las rentas mensuales de los meses de enero, febrero y marzo del mes en curso y contar con el justificante que así lo acredite (justificante de transferencia o recibí firmado por el propietario).– Que la mensualidad de alquiler, más los gastos y suministros básicos, resulte superior o igual al 35% de los ingresos netos que perciba el conjunto de los miembros de la unidad familiar.
Por ejemplo, una familia que ingrese 1.500 euros/mes de todos sus miembros trabajadores, no debe destinar más de 525 euros mensuales al pago de renta mensual y suministros básicos.¿Qué documentación tengo que presentar?Cuando vayamos a presentar la documentación para la solicitud, nos van a pedir (en formato digital) la siguiente documentación:a) Copia completa del contrato de arrendamiento en vigor con inclusión expresa del medio y forma de pago a la persona arrendadora.b) Documentación justificativa del pago de las últimas tres mensualidades de la renta arrendaticia (enero, febrero y marzo), salvo que el contrato de arrendamiento tuviera una vigencia de menor plazo, es decir, que el contrato haya sido firmado de enero de 2020 en adelante, en cuyo caso se acreditará el pago desde el inicio del contrato.
Serían válidos los justificantes de transferencia bancarios y los recibís firmados por el propietario cuando se abone en metálico.c) Justificante, mediante recibo bancario o pago por transferencia bancaria del último pago actualizado de los gastos y suministros básicos (agua, luz y gas, en su caso).
Sólo se aceptarán recibos de pago al contado de los gastos de gas butano y gasoil para calefacción.d) Cualquier otro documento válido en derecho acreditativo del nivel de ingresos de la persona solicitante y de los miembros que integran la unidad familiar correspondientes al mes anterior al de presentación de la solicitud de la ayuda.
Esto puede ser la nómina, el certificado de la prestación por desempleo o por ERTE.e) Libro de familia o documento acreditativo de pareja de hecho.f) En su caso, certificado sobre percepción de ayudas al alquiler y ayudas de emergencia social para el alquiler, en el que conste la cuantía de la ayuda.
Estas ayudas son compatibles.g) En caso de tener la propiedad o usufructo de alguna vivienda en España, documentación que acredite la no disponibilidad de la misma por cualquiera de las causas contempladas en la convocatoria de ayudas.
Por ejemplo, tenerla actualmente alquilada.h) Declaración responsable cumplimentada por la que la persona solicitante declara cumplir los requisitos exigidos en la convocatoria de ayudas.
Anexa a esta Guía.¿Dónde presento la solicitud?Esta solicitud se puede presentar exclusivamente por vía telemática en www.sede.cam.esEn esta página debemos adjuntar la documentación, en formato digital y cumplimentar la solicitud (tipo formulario) que se nos solicitará con nombre 3376- AYUDAS PARA CONTRIBUIR A MINIMIZAR EL IMPACTO ECONÓMICO Y SOCIAL DEL COVID-19 EN LOS ALQUILERES DE VIVIENDA HABITUAL EN LA REGIÓN DE MURCIA.¿Cuándo?Se podrá presentar la solicitud a partir del 1 de junio hasta el 30 de septiembre del año en curso.Otras ayudas con motivo del COVID-19:Línea de avales para la cobertura por cuenta del Estado de la financiación a arrendatarios en situación de vulnerabilidad social y económica como consecuencia de la expansión del COVID-19.Programa de ayuda a las víctimas de violencia de género, personas objeto de desahucio de su vivienda habitual, personas sin hogar y otras personas especialmente vulnerables.Modificación del programa de fomento del parque de vivienda en alquiler.
