The mayor, Juan Jesús Moreno, and the councilor for Urban Planning and Public Works, Paco Llamazares, have visited the repair and conditioning works on two rural roads whose arrangement had been demanded by residents, farmers and ranchers of the municipality.It is the Almarjales road that connects the RM-516 road with the Northwest Greenway and the access road to Cigarralejo in the Trascastillo area.
Both were in very poor condition with numerous holes and sections with total loss of pavement, which hindered circulation and posed a serious risk to vehicles.The works on both roads consist of repairing the pavement and the tread layer based on a triple gravel treatment of different thickness and asphalt emulsion and its subsequent compaction.
The investment amounts to 43,929 euros and has been fully paid from the municipal budget of the City of Mula.
