| The Department of Tourism of Mula presents a series of actions for the revitalization of the tourism sector in the face of the scenario caused by COVID-19 | For the preparation of this document, the Department of Tourism, together with the rest of the Department of the City of Mula, has held telematic meetings with businessmen from the tourism sector of the municipality, collecting proposals aimed at revitalizing tourism, with the main objective of promoting tourism in the municipality before the new scenario arising from the pandemic by COVID-19 and position the municipality of Mula as a safe alternative for the choice of leisure and tourism activities at the regional level.This was detailed by the Councilor for Tourism, Alejandra Martínez, in the presentation of this Plan of Impulsion, which was also attended by Alicia Zapata, Councilor for Consumer Affairs.

The City Council has already launched a series of economic and fiscal measures to help the tourism sector as well as the rest of the municipality.This promotion plan includes a series of actions, among which are the digitization of all documentation, the creation of a distinctive safe destination, training for entrepreneurs, creation of an APP, renewal of tourist signage, tourist packages for overnight stays in the municipality and to be able to make different visits."Mule started the year 2020 with very good data in terms of tourism, higher than the same period of the previous year, the main objective is to regain the confidence of the tourist, for this we are going to implement all the actions that are necessary," said the Councilor.
