The Council of Ministers has decreed a state of alarm to face the Covid-19 pandemic (26/10/2020)

This week he will ask Congress for its extension for a period of 6 months.If the epidemiological situation improves, it could get up earlier.These are the main measures- The delegated authorities will be the presidents and presidents of the autonomous governments.The body for cooperation and co-governance will be the Interterritorial Council of the National Health System where the Ministry of Health and the Autonomous Communities are represented.- The freedom of movement of people is limited from 11:00 p.m.

to 6:00 a.m.

It can only be circulated for the justified causes established in the regulation.

The measure is applicable to all of Spain, except the Canary Islands.The Autonomous Communities may modulate the start and end time of this limitation, between 10 p.m.

and 12 a.m.

and between 5 a.m.

and 7 a.m.- The autonomies may also limit the entry and exit of their territories, in whole or in part.

That is, they may confine the entire territory of their community or decide to confine a lower territorial area.This restriction of entry and exit of people will have exceptions such as attendance at health centers, educational centers, compliance with professional or work obligations, etc.- Similarly, the autonomous communities will decide to limit the permanence of people in public or private spaces to a maximum number of 6? people, except in the case of cohabitants.The measures adopted will depend on the situation in each territory.
