The annual contribution for the celebration of the Route of the Tapa and the Cocktail will go to campaigns to stimulate the business for ChristmasThe mayor of Mula, Juan Jesús Moreno, together with the councilors of Finance and Commerce, Alejandra Martínez and Alicia Zapata, have participated in the signing of the annual agreement that the City Council of Mula signs with the Association of Merchants and Hoteliers of Mula (Acohomul ) for which its president, Juan Boluda, has been present.The agreement includes a contribution of 6,000 euros, 2,000 euros for the exercise and annual activities of Acohomul, as well as 4,000 euros that, although they are usually allocated for the Tapa and Cocktail Route, this year due to its cancellation, will be allocated to Christmas campaigns to boost local businesses at one of the most important times of the year.Juan Jesús Moreno highlighted during the signing of the agreement the great importance of the commercial and hospitality sector in the municipality, hence he encouraged Muleños to continue betting on local commerce to make their purchases.
“We have an important commercial fabric in the municipality.
Making our purchases in these establishments gives life to the streets, our towns and the activity is revitalized contributing to the improvement of our economy and productive sector ”, explained the mayor, who made mention of the important effort that is being made in the City Council since the beginning of the pandemic for the business sector of the municipality."We believe that it is time to be by the side of our companies and that is why we are working on a new line of aid, which will be launched immediately, to alleviate the serious situation that the hospitality industry is currently suffering after the closure was decreed mandatory due to the health crisis ”.
