Mula City Council convenes the IIBALCONIES, WINDOWS and TERRACES BEAUTIFUL CONTEST with CHRISTMAS REASONS, to enhance the charm of the streets and squares of our city and municipality during the 2020 Christmas FestivitiesBASES- All residents of the city of Mula and municipality of legal age may participate.- All elements visible from the public thoroughfare that contribute to the exaltation and beautification of the environment during these festivals will enter the contest.- The elements used must be well anchored to the structure of the balcony, terrace or window, without their location putting the safety of vehicles and / or pedestrians at risk, the person registered in the contest being responsible for any accident caused by the fall of some element or part of it onto the public highway- It will be valued:? The traditional aspects of Christmas and Kings in our municipality.

The originality of the decoration.- Participation (PRE-REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED TO PARTICIPATE)Participation in this contest has two phases:1º.- REGISTRATION:Participants, to register, must provide the following information: name and surname, ID, telephone, email, and exact address where the decoration will be located.
If the person who registers is a society, brotherhood, peña or any other group, they must include the CIF of the same.
Registrations can be made until 1:00 p.m.
on December 4, by email to culturayfestejos@aytomula.es, putting in the subject: Christmas beautification contest registration.2º.- DECORATION AND SENDING OF PHOTOGRAPHS:The decorated spaces that enter the contest must be installed between December 5 and 8, 2020.
Within this period, each contestant will send two photographs with different plans of the decorated place to the email culturayfestejos@aytomula.es, indicating their name.- The decorations, awarded or not, must remain installed during all the Christmas and Three Kings Festivities, that is, until January 8, 2021.- AwardsThree prizes are established: First, € 300Second, € 200 Third, € 100 8 - The JuryThe winners will be decided by a jury appointed for this purpose, who will visit the balconies, windows and terraces registered.The jury's decision will be announced on January 9, 2021.- The photographs that the jury can take of all the participating balconies, windows and terraces will remain the property of the Hon.
Mula City Council, which reserves all rights, and can be used for publications in brochures and / or tourist promotion programs of our city and municipality.- The balconies, windows and terraces of public buildings are excluded from this contest.11– Participation in this contest implies acceptance of these rules, the jury's decision being final.
