The regional government today approved a direct grant to the municipalities of Cartagena, Mula and Jumilla, worth € 165,000, for improvements to premises and provision of equipment Informajoven spaces.
With these grants, the Ministry of Culture, Youth and Sports, through the Institute for Youth, continues with the support intended to build, condition and improve the quality of facilities and infrastructure and provide more and better equipment to youth spaces and municipal ownership, so as to ensure quality and safety of services provided to young people.
Specifically, the City of Cartagena will receive 100,000 euros for the renewal of Informajoven space image of the town and its visual integration with the adjacent EspacioJoven, thereby achieving improvements to facilitate the work of the coordinator of employment services, disabled access and increased self consulting positions.
Moreover, the City Council will be allocated € 45,000 Mula to equip the youth of the town area and the establishment of a stable program for the center.
With the refurbishment of the Youth Centre will service youth associations of Mula and boost Mülenen youth participation in political, social, cultural and sporting.
Finally, the City of Jumilla receive 20.00 euros for the provision of computer equipment and furniture to the new Informajoven with which encourage youth participation in political, social, cultural and sports
